This is a lovely Westmoreland Colonial Blue Glass Bride's Basket with a handle. The glass is very clear and shows bubbles, while "straw marks" are visible on the bottom of the basket. They are shown in the photos. This is a lovely Westmoreland Colonial Blue Glass Bride's Basket with a handle. It's in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. It stands about 5 1/2 inches high and measures 6 inches wide.  The basket features a thick handle and a delicate wicker pattern. The glass is very clear and shows bubbles, while "straw marks" are visible on the bottom of the basket. These "imperfections" are characteristic of vintage art glass. They are shown in the photos. This is a sturdy piece of vintage glassware in a gorgeous shade of blue. This piece would make a wonderful addition to your vintage glassware collection or could be given as a gift to a Westmoreland Glass enthusiast.
