Material is 50% cotton 47% linen 3% other fibers. It is a basic fitted jacket with 1 front snap-on concealed button. The collar is enlarged, very chic. It is long sleeved. The lining is 100% polyester. The skirt is a basic pencil skirt with a back zipper, and a small slit in the center of the skirt. The jacket has a few fabric indentations to slip the belt through, a perfect fit. When laid flat, the measurements are as follows: JACKET: shoulder to hem measures 24 inches; from shoulder to the end of the sleeve measures 24 inches., armpit to armpit measures 20 inches, SKIRT: waist measures 17 inches; from waist to hem it measures 21 inches; and the slit measures 6.5 inches. *** THE BELT BUCKLE ITSELF is missing the fabric cover of it,  was mixing since it was purchased. It can be worn as it,  would look like an open silver section,  or bypassed altogether,  and use a different belt.
