This Barbie clone features Reddish Blonde Hair, black eyes with a side eye glance, and light complexion. This antique doll is a collector's item from the 1960s and rare to find. The product is a vintage 1960's Uneeda  Wendy 11 1/2" Barbie Clone doll as a competitor of Mattel's Barbie.  She heavily traces her lineage back to the German  Bild Lilli  doll mold. This Barbie clone features Reddish Blonde Hair, black eyes with a side eye glance, and light complexion. It is a single unit fashion doll made of plastic, measuring 11 1/2 inches in length. This antique doll is a collector's item from the 1960s and rare to find.  T he  Uneeda Wendy  body mold features prominent molded plastic tabs or bumps right on the  top  of the feet. These unique anchors were designed specifically to latch into the straps of her budget open-toe mule heels so they wouldn't slide off.   Her arms bend at the shoulder, but her legs do not (although as you can see from the photos, I tried really hard to make them bend as little girl).  Therefor the legs at the hips have some crease marks, but there are no breaks in the plastic.  Her painted face still has rosie cheeks, pink lips, and she has makeup on her eyes, but there is some wear.  She is in her original pink striped swimsuit which is in good condition.  She is a fun relic from the early 60's.
