This is a blown mold (hollow body) hard plastic, hand painted Santa. Stands on his own or has a gold loop to hang on the Christmas tree. The paint finish is vibrant, no flaking or peeling. Vintage 1960s Old World Santa Claus Blow Mold Hard Plastic 7” Tall Estate sale find! 1960s very detailed Santa Claus Christmas Ornament dressed in a long decorative robe-like attire and laden with a  woven  basket of  children’s toys  over his shoulder, a satchel at his side, holding a doll cradled in his arm, and a carrying lantern in the other hand to light his way.  Beats the new Christmas ornaments being sold hands down (in my opinion)! This is a blown mold (hollow body) hard plastic, hand painted Santa.  The paint finish is vibrant, no flaking or peeling. Stands on his own or has a gold loop to hang on the Christmas tree. There is a man-made hole on the bottom for maybe a stick to insert him into a holiday centerpiece decoration. No markings that I can see. Measures: 4” L x 2” W x 7” H.
