The setting is sterling silver, stamped 925. The Tanzanite in this ring is purple blue, and has been heat treated. Four 5X4mm oval cut stones are set around a 3mm round cut Tanzanite, forming a flower.   Tanzanite New with tag. This is a lovely ring in size 9.  The main stones are genuine Tanzanite , and the  accent stones are white zircon (a natural stone, not to be confused with the man-made one by a similar name).  The setting is sterling silver, stamped 925.  The Tanzanite in this ring  is purple blue,  and has been heat treated.   Four 5X4mm oval cut stones are set around a 3mm round cut Tanzanite, forming a flower.  The Tanzanites in this ring add up to 1.5cts. Each shoulder has a split shank that is decorated with glittering round cut white zircons .  All of the stones together equal 2.1cts  The sterling silver setting shows off the stones nicely, and the ring has a comfortable sterling silver under gallery .  This is a very pretty ring and it weights 3.7 grams.
