This 2 piece formal consists of a turquoise polyester fabric, sleeveless top with cut out fabric, with beading, has a built in lightly padded bra, and zips up the side. Separate skirt is a solid turquoise polyester satin fabric, with a matching lining, waist has beading , also zips up the side. Fabric does not stretch . Label says size 12 - dress top measures 13" long, 36" bust , 32" waist. . Skirt is  44" long, 30" waist , 44" hips.  This mannequin is 4'2" item is shorter than pictures show .
