Both internal porcelain bell clappers appear present. Penguin with red earmuff-style hat, white pom-poms and red-striped scarf. Penguin with green earmuff-style hat, red pom-poms and green-striped scarf. Pre-owned vintage condition with visible paint rubbing, scuffing, surface marks and light discoloration consistent with age and display. The red-hat ornament shows heavier finish wear along the body, wings and lower edge. The green-hat ornament also has surface wear, and its hanging cord is worn and tangled. Both internal porcelain bell clappers appear present. One ornament retains its original foil L’il Chimer identification tag. No obvious structural cracks or repairs observed.
