This item is a classic 3 strand turquoise nugget, heishi and round bead necklace. One strand is small green / blue turquoise nuggets with 8 small oval red coral beads. The clasp is a handmade hook and loop. This item is a classic 3 strand turquoise nugget, heishi and round bead necklace. One strand is small green / blue turquoise nuggets with 8 small oval red coral beads. The second strand is green / blue turquoise heishi 4 to 4 1/2 mm in diameter; there are small silver beads and discs interspersed with the heishi. The third strand is small green / blue round beads 4 mm in diameter with a few smaller silver beads. The necklace is  19 inches long with a 2-inch chain extender for a total length of 21 inches.  The clasp is a handmade hook and loop. There is a silver cone at each end of the strands marked "STERLING" for metal content. The cones are old, tarnished and dented; the cones are 3/4 inch long.
