Two adjustable straps with buckle closures.  This is a heavy woolen fabric. Unlined.  Dark forest green and red with touches of blue, black, white and yellow in the plaid.  Name of tartan design is unknown.  Era may be 1980s or earlier. Label : Made in Scotland, Pure new wool, Laird-Portch of Scotland, 28" waist, Dry clean only.
