Made in China with a 1999 date on the bottom, this lovely, 3 1/2 inch, heavy glass ornament measures about 3 1/2 inches in diameter.  There are a total of six red pointsettia blooms with leaves, stretching all the way around it. The blooms are attached with a flowing, blue ribbon. A sturdy, brass, topper holds a brass, double ring, with a gold, woven ribbon attached for hanging.  The creamy white background has an iridescent band running around the center of it, reflecting a rainbow of colors, depending on the light.     Although produced in 1999, this ornament has been in storage since and is in excellent condition.
