Here is a group of 5 vintage 1920s - 1930s Christmas greeting cards with unique designs. Three have tipped-on art pictures on the front and three cards have an applied embossed foil sticker decoration. All folder cards are in used condition, signed inside. No envelopes. I have placed a ruler in some pictures for size reference. Approx. 5 1/2" - 6" along longest side of each card. Weight of the paper varies - a few are more like cardstock. - card with tipped-on picture of a man and woman strolling along, tiny gold gilt falling snow dots, gold border: marked "25 x 6 Made In U.S.A." inside - card with tipped-on picture of musicians, gold border, has an applied embossed black & gold foil arch shaped candlestick sticker at the lower corner: marked "25 x 6 Made In U.S.A." inside - card with tipped-on picture of stagecoach and passengers "The Arrival of the Coach": unmarked, has a long handwritten note inside - card with colorful family picture of mom with holly, child holding a wreath, gold accent on the clothing, tree and falling snow: unmarked, has an embossed green & gold foil lantern sticker on the upper corner. Gold accent on the lantern and tree branch design, and the first letter of the greeting inside of the card. - green card with holly and gold accent, has an applied embossed green & gold sticker of a lady knocking at the front door. Marked with number "120" on the lower back. Most cards show light wear and aging overall, some minor tip and edge rubs. The stagecoach card has a tiny brown spot on the upper back, and the deckled edge may have little tears. The green holly card has two short teas on the upper edge and light creases. No scrapbook residue. No musty or smoke odor. Please note: cards will not be split for individual sale.
