Pick Ups: We do welcome pick ups at our store after the item has been purchased thru eBay.   Returns: If you wish to return an item you purchased from FairyTales-Inc, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to FairyTales-Inc. Credit for the item will not be issued until FairyTales-Inc receives the item in its original condition. We will not accept items that are returned without notice. All returns must have a FairyTales-Inc return Authorization number on the box. Damages caused in shipping must be report to FairyTales-Inc with in 3 days after the item is received.
