A nicely executed watercolor painting, circa 1890 more than likely, the subject a line of windmills in the Netherlands, bordering a canal, a lone figure in a small boat adding interesting detail, signed lower right illegibly---possibly ending in "Van K"??? (but likely a listed artist I would believe). Mat has old moisture stain but happily the watercolor was not damaged. Antique frame remains in good condition. Put a new mat and this will be ready for a small wall. Measurements are 7 1/2" by 10 3/4" (11 5/8" by 14 5/8" framed).
