These are on their original deep blue velvet box and were offered by Shields Fifth Avenue, NYC. There is nothing indicating the materials, they feel like a base pot metal and formed plastic. Condition Notes The panels are securely attached, there is some wear on the gold tone metal on the backs of each piece. The links and clip mechanisms work as they should. The case is original, the elastic holding down each piece is a little stretched, there is some staining on the fabric lining of the case.
