It's in pretty good condition but you can tell that it has been well loved. The key the Mayor is holding has been superglued back on. I'm not sure if it origianlly came with small dabs of glue already on it or not. (Factory Attached) I grew up with Snow Village it's completely serviceable. It's just looked like it's been actually used in say, year round set ups. Only thing is even thought the box still "works" to keep everything in place, it's old and shows it.
