This piece is a beautiful antique cotton dress with impressive lace. Since it is an antique item of clothing, it does have flaws that are pictured above. The front of the skirt also has a yellowish/brownish discolorations in a few areas and a few small holes. This piece is a beautiful antique cotton dress with impressive lace. Since it is an antique item of clothing, it does have flaws that are pictured above. There is a tear in the lace near the collar on the right front, staining on the front right breast area as well as a small hole in the same area. The front of the skirt also has a yellowish/brownish discolorations in a few areas and a few small holes. The snap on the back of the dress at the very top is very loose. There is a hold in near the buttons in the shoulder blade area and a couple small black marks on the back right middle back. There are other areas of wear and tear to the lace on the dress, including one on the back left waist and near the back hooks. It was two pieces and has been sewn together along the waist line to become a dress. The lace on both pieces does match so it is meant to be a matching set.
