Lovely Art Nouveau sash buckle made of brass by EA Bliss Co. in Meriden, Conn somewhere between 1890 and 1915.  The stones appear to be citrine/topaz colored glass.  The buckle features a gold color and a chrysanthemum design, typical of the Art Nouveau style of the 1900s. It is a unique piece with an original look, suitable for adult unisex wearers looking to add a touch of vintage flair to their outfit. I would love to see this turned into a pin though it could be a lovely scarf slide.  3" wide and 2" tall and marked with the EA Bliss company logo on the slide.
