The stamp includes the initials "C.T." for Carl Tielsch and the town name "Altwasser" (now Stary Zdrój, Poland). Manufactured in the early 1900s. No chips or cracks. Approximately 10.5 inches tall, measuring 5 inches at base. This was one of my grandmother's favorite pieces. She loved roses and these are very life-like.
