This vintage 1:12 artist handcrafted folk art picture frame with late 1800s style photo features a floral pattern on light blue fabric edged in a fine tiny lace border on a pretty floral cardstock backing that has a foot to display to frame upright on a table. The frame is unsigned maker of the picture frame is not known but based on the other items it was purchased with, I believe it was created sometime in the 1990s to early 2000s. The frame shows a small amount of light wear in a few places but is otherwise in very good condition.  Additional photos are available upon request.
