Item features a heavy silverplate tray, ornate twin handles with shells. There is a fair amount of tarnish on one side of the tray, but with enough silver polish this can be removed (or re-plated).  Circa Early to Mid 20th Century. Measurements: 2.5" H x 24" W x 14" D. Great condition in consistent with its age and use - there is a corner (where the tarnish is heaviest) where some of the plating has worn off and is scratched.
