Due to USPS rate increases that took effect in July 2026, along with the elimination of the discounted pricing previously available for packages weighing less than one pound, shipping costs have increased significantly across the board. Even so, the $3.99 shipping charge reflects only about half of my actual shipping and materials expense on most orders. The remaining cost is absorbed by me as part of doing business, allowing buyers to pay substantially less than the true cost of postage, packing materials, and fulfillment. My pricing reflects the real costs of selling in todays market, including packing materials, supplies, listing and tracking tools, and eBays combined selling and payment processing fees. I also strive to remain competitively priced and, whenever possible, at or near the lowest total delivered price on eBay. All photos are taken with an iPhone 14 Pro Max using Photoroom Pro for clear, well-lit images. High-resolution photography can make minor imperfections appear more pronounced than they are in hand. After more than 27 years in the hobby, I can say with confidence that finding truly "perfect" pins is rare. Plastic sleeves may be removed briefly for photography and replaced immediately afterward, provided they accompanied the pin when I originally acquired it. Pricing is based primarily on current and historical market data rather than what I originally paid. Because values fluctuate, items may occasionally be listed at or below cost. Rarity drives value. Pins that surface only a few times a year, or not at all, are priced accordingly due to their difficulty to replace. Cast Member and non-retail pins remain my primary focus and specialty. Reasonable offers are always welcome, though flexibility is often limited. As a collector first, I focus on pins that were earned, awarded, or issued outside traditional retail channels. While I do sell WDI, WDS, DEC, and similar releases, retail-purchased pins simply do not carry the same historical significance as pieces directly connected to Disney parks operations and the Cast Members who made the magic happen. After more than 27 years in this hobby, I have watched the market cycle many times. New releases often command high prices due to online promotion and the steady influx of new collectors, while older pins quietly fade from view. Yet history has repeatedly shown that long-term value tends to favor earlier, scarcer pieces, especially Cast Member pins that were never intended to be commodities in the first place. With well over 300,000 Disney pin designs now known to exist, and new discoveries still surfacing, the best advice I can offer is to look backward as much as forward. There is nothing wrong with collecting new releases, but the strongest long-term pieces are usually those with a direct connection to Disney's history, its parks, and its people. Those are the pins that have consistently held their ground over time and continue to maintain some of the strongest demand among true Disney collecting aficionados, while historically offering the greatest potential for long-term appreciation. Many of my offerings represent a category of Disney memorabilia that was never intended for retail sale, but rather issued through service, recognition, achievement, or internal distribution. Pieces like these carry a direct connection to the parks and the Cast Members who operated them, setting them apart from modern retail releases. While new pins often command attention through promotion and novelty, long-term collector value has historically favored older, scarcer examples with documented institutional significance. For collectors focused on heritage rather than hype, these are the pieces that tend to endure. Description: In 1995, just three years after the opening of EuroDisney, there were so many people attending the Park that it had to be expanded. New attractions were added to the park. This set was given to the members of the Project Team, those Walt Disney Imagineers who actually worked to expand the Disneyland Paris park. Inside the lovely blond-wood case, the ten pins are mounted into a glossy-stock reproduction of a color painting of the Disneyland Paris Park. The case measures approximately 9" x 6". It swings open and closed with two golden hinges, and has a golden swinging hook-and-ball clasp. A white cardboard protective sleeve, with the same printed images as the wooden case, covers the case to protect it from harm (NOT INCLUDED). On the top of the wooden case, along with images of the ten pins, one can read : "In Appreciation of Your Efforts...
