Vintage Japanese Lusterware Porcelain Mini 18 Piece Childs Tea Serving Dish Set Japan Tea cup measures: 3 inches wide across the handle by 1 1/4 inches tall Description:   Charming vintage lusterware child's tea plus serving dish set marked Made in Japan. This colorful set includes teacups, saucers, small plates, a covered serving bowl or tureen, and a matching covered sugar bowl. Each piece is decorated with a vibrant floral border of hand painted flowers in yellow, red, blue, and green with gold trim accents and soft luster glaze. The set displays the delightful design style of early to mid 20th century Japanese export porcelain and would make a lovely addition to any collection or display. There are 18 pieces all together: 6 tea cups; 2 saucers; covered sugar bowl; tureen with lid; 5 plates. The lid on the sugar bowl is ill-fitting. It is not a full set in any way, but the remaining pieces are in good shape. The porcelain on these are extremely thin and translucent on many of the pieces. It's a neat vintage dish set.
