Large vintage Noritake oval serving platter featuring delicate pink rose sprays with small blue and yellow flowers, a decorative green-and-gold linked border, and gold trim around the outer edge. The underside bears the green “Noritake M Made in Japan” backstamp. The “M” represents Morimura, and this backstamp is commonly associated with prewar Noritake production from approximately 1921–1941. Measurements are approximately: • 16 inches long • 12 inches wide Good vintage condition overall. No chips, cracks, or crazing were observed. There is light age-related surface wear, minor wear to the gold decoration, two tiny dark specks/marks on the front, and light shelf wear on the underside. These details have been photographed for an accurate representation of condition.
