This piece was manufactured in Japan during the mid-20th century export boom (circa 1930s-1950s). Dimensions: Height: Exactly 3.5 inches (approx. 9 cm) Width: Approximately 2.5 inches (approx. 6.4 cm) at the widest point Design & Features: Front Panel: Features a detailed hand-painted figure—likely depicting Kannon (the Goddess of Mercy) or a traditional noble woman—complete with a striking, radiating gold halo. 360-Degree Continuous Narrative: Rotating the vase reveals a traditional Chochin (Japanese paper lantern), a classic Engawa (architectural veranda grid), a manicured Niwaki garden pine tree, and stylized flowing river waves. Bottom Stamp: Stamped on the base with the classic vintage red "MADE IN JAPAN" export mark.
