Misses Size 12, Bust 30. There will be tears in the envelopes and major wear along the edges and at the corners. The envelopes may be taped back together. Any tape on the envelope front or back covers a sticky area. Simplicity Pattern No. 4813 Misses Size 12, Bust 30 The shirt is styled with a yoke pointed in back and extending to forward shoulder seam in front. Center back pleat is detailed with a buttoned tab.   A buttoned band closing is featured. Views 1 and 2 have long sleeves are softly pleated at lower edge to French cuffs fastened with link buttons. A buttoned tab is on left front. View 2 collar and cuffs are contrasting. Center front band in view 3 is pointed at lower edge. Short sleeves are gathered to a sleeve band. A pocket is on left front. Envelope is in fair condition.   Cut pattern pieces are A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H.   Uncut pattern pieces are K, L, M, N and P.   All 13 pattern pieces are present.   All Instructions are present but the paper is yellowed and brittle.  Pattern pieces are in much better condition than the instruction sheet. All of the patterns that I have up for sale have come from many sources.  None of the patterns are  brand new.  The envelopes range from very poor condition to almost looking brand new.  There will be tears in the envelopes and major wear along the edges and at the corners. Top flaps may be missing or tattered and torn. The envelopes may be taped back together.   Any tape on the envelope front or back covers a sticky area.  There may be writing and or markings on the envelope, pattern pieces or in the instructions.  I make sure that a used/cut pattern has all the pattern pieces.  I consider a pattern new when the pattern pieces are still in the   original factory folds and all the instruction sheets and the envelope are present.   On the rare occasion, I will put a pattern up for sale that is missing a piece or two that does not compromise the making of the pattern.
