This is a used Vintage antique item.  This will show signs of its age and use.  The lid is missing the center piece as you can see in the photo.  It appears to be painted black on the inside and bottom.  Engraved on the outside says Xmas 1947 as seen in the photos.  This item has scratches, scuffs, missing paint, and faded paint.  I am not sure what it is made of, Please see all of the photos and use your own judgement of what it may be made of.  Use the zoom in option for best vision of pictures.
