It is actually a dress for a newborn human baby. This dress is from an estate sale. It was preserved in a sealed box. I believe the dress is from the 1960's. ** Please note the doll is NOT included and is for picture purposes only** Vintage white dress with lace accents and coral ribbon accents. Has "mesh" sleeves. Doll "model" is an American Girl Bitty Baby Doll and is not included  This dress is from an estate sale. It was preserved in a sealed box.  I believe the dress is from the 1960's. It is actually a dress for a newborn human baby.  The sleeve material seems (to me) would be uncomfortable for a "real" baby so this is why I am selling it as a doll dress. It is approx 13" long, neck diameter is 3" wide and sleeve length is 5.5" Since is was preserved in a sealed box, it is in very good condition There is some fraying on the ends of the bow.  Please see pictures Regarding Vintage Items : Almost all vintage items have some sort of imperfection.
