The ornaments can stand on their own or can be hung on a Christmas tree. The bottom battery compartments have 4 tiny feet for stable placement on a tabletop surface if desired (ninth photo). Made to look sugar coated they have a clear textured finish. Multi-color, primarily blue. Each ball ornament requires 3 LR44 or AG13 disc batteries. (Installed) Purchased in 2012 at Ace Hardware (17th photo).  Two of the ornaments have a snowman and snowflake theme, two are marked "Holiday Happy Holiday" with dotted, checked, and striped pattern, and one has a horizontal striped pattern in multi-colors. The cardboard storage box comes in handy to store them year 'round. In very good clean, well cared for, used condition. Fresh batteries are installed.
