Hot pink, lemon yellow, royal purple and emerald green floras dot the dress beautifully. A scooped neckline with arced empire bust has a double flat bow accent and pleats to accentuate the bustline. Back, nylon zippper, pleated and full back train, Dolman short sleeves, nipped high waist and full skirt. Interior hangar straps for proper hanging and storage and an adjustable, 3 notch interior hook bust band, clips the dress perfectly to your under bust for a beautifully fitted look. Absolutely GORGEOUS! CONDITION- Excellent, but this dress has been altered. I believe this was a full, maxi style dress that was made into a mini dress. The shoulders have also been taken up, but if you want to release the bust to the original size and length, just snip through shoulder threads to let it back down. I’ll keep them in for the petite gal, but if you have a longer torso, just clip the shoulder altercations to let it back out! MEASUREMENTS- The bust fits a 34 or a tight 36.
