Marked on the bottom is a "G" and made in Japan. These are very early pieces. This lot consists of the following pieces The large bowl is in excellent condition and looks amazing! For sale are these (2) Vintage Made In Japan Hand Painted Bowls with heavy Gold Gilding with Pink and Yellow Roses with red, white and blue designs on the rim. Marked on the bottom is a "G" and made in Japan. These are very early pieces. This lot consists of the following pieces: (1) Large serving bowl that measures approx. 2-1/4" high and 8-1/2" in diameter. (1)small fruit/sauce bowl that stands 1" high and 4-3/4" in diameter. Condition: The small bowl shows some wear inside (see picts.). The large bowl is in excellent condition and looks amazing! No chips or cracks on the large bowl though it does have some small flea bites on the base. The small bowl is free from chips but it does have a very faint hard to see line on the outside that does not feel like a crack but worth noting. These vintage pieces are just stunning in person.
