The bottom of the bowl is glazed and has the debossed marks that look like AT 4. This set could easily be repurposed on your desk as a pen holder and a candy dish (or a coin receptacle) as shown in the picture. Pretty creamer or pitcher with an open bowl.  Together they look like an old timey pitcher with a wash basin.  The set stands about 5 inches tall.  The bowl is about 2 inches tall and 6 inches across.  The set weighs about 1 pound 9 ounces.  I have seen this similar set called McCoy, but with no maker's mark I can't say.  The bottom of the bowl is glazed and has the debossed marks that look like AT 4.  The bottom of the creamer/pitcher is unglazed and has no maker's mark.  The creamer has some stains deep on the inside that look like ink (?).  The set is in good condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.  This set could easily be repurposed on your desk as a pen holder and a candy dish (or a coin receptacle) as shown in the picture.
