From my 93 year old mother's collection of rare & vintage fine jewelry.  Purchased at least 30 years ago. Exact age is not known. Beautiful solid 18K gold Butterfly adorned with Amethyst wings with Diamond eyes.  The matching Amethyst stones are smooth domed on top and faceted beneath, giving a unique deep sparkle.  I had a very hard time getting good pictures of this pendant. My pictures don't do this piece justice. Hanging length: 18.3mm Width: 17.7mm Thickness: 4.65mm   Amethyst stone depth: 3.9mm (approx) Marked: K18 Origin unknown. No makers mark was found.
