Lace collar with light aging discoloration and ribbon tie. Long puff sleeves with lace cuffs. Tiered ruffle skirt with lace hem. Waist sash/belt that ties in back. Heart shaped back buttons. Inner lining/slip with interior. Decorative ribbon/rosette detail. Frayed ribbon ends on the back ties and decorative rosette shows fraying. Half bow at collar. Small yellowish stain on the inner white lining/slip and lighter one on collar ribbon. Minor spot/discoloration on the lace hem. A few tiny light marks on the red fabric. Stain on sash belt. Cuff spots. Overall gently worn vintage condition with the noted imperfections.
