On offer is an authentic vintage pair of ZUNI earrings adorned with amazing hand cut and polished southwestern sky blue Petit Point Snake Eye Turquoise stones, turquoise beads, Silver Raindrops and fancy Silver Beads. These earrings are not hallmarked, which was common in Native American silver work prior to the 1970s. We believe this classic outstanding pair was created circa 1960 or perhaps earlier. These fine earrings were expertly crafted with attention to detail in the Zuni tradition and are in very good vintage condition (see ALL photos for an accurate detailed depiction). This pair has sterling silver ear posts and ear nuts marked .925 that are in good working order. The beautifully hand cut and polished ten (10) Turquoise petit point Snake Eyes stones and two (2) Turquoise beads are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The Turquoise stones measure 1/8" diameter and are firmly and securely set within serrated silver bezels on an oxidized (blackened) ground. These ZUNI earrings measure approx. 2" long x 9/16" at widest. The weight of the pair is 4.8 grams - .155 ounce TOTAL.
