It has the Goodell Pratt Toolsmith logo . The metal wheel has its original red paint that is flaking and worn.  It has NOT been cleaned, it came right out of a lifelong collection. Everything is fully functional and operates perfectly. All you need to do is clean up and use this wonderful early shoulder drill to add to your collection.
