Beautiful vintage light fixture. 4 sided. Each side is unique. I would call this a cream and white color. Maybe a caramel color. I do not see any damage to the glass. No chips or cracks. This will need cleaned up. I have not tested the fixture. It should probably get replaced or inspected by an electrician. The housing is an ornate black metal.
