The first name might be "Thom". The last name is Kop??nko. The middle of the last name has a chip of paint missing. There's also a line in the sky on the right side, and green lines on the tree. They're not obvious, but they are there. The frame is in very worn condition. There's a lot of dents, small chips, and flakes to the finish along the edges and corners. The textile portion of the frame is stained in the bottom right corner, and the bottom middle has some black gunk. The shipping cost is reflective of the box size required to fit the frame.
