Return Policy: There are no refunds. If you would like to EXCHANGE an item, you may do so within three (3) business days from the date of receipt. HOWEVER, YOU MAY NOT RETURN ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE VIA THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. The USPS has lost items, without recourse. So again, we do not allow returns via the USPS.   If you are exchanging an item, it must be returned in original condition to qualify for an exchange. In the rare case you wish to exchange an Amish Spirit item you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Exchange shipments must be initiated within three (3) business days from date of receipt of goods, and, returned via UPS or FedEx . (No USPS accepted.) A credit towards the purchase of another item – excluding seller fees, insurance and shipping costs – will be applied to a replacement item of equal value. Should you chose to exchange your original purchase for an item of greater value, you will be invoiced and responsible for paying the difference. When applicable, you will be reimbursed for the difference on items of lesser value Please include a copy of your invoice. Item(s) must be wrapped and sealed in plastic (bags are OK) and then placed in a clean corrugated cardboard box. All edges and corners of this box must be taped. Insure the package for the full amount of the item. Pay shipping and insurance fees.
