The pink on the flower has also started to fade but can still be seen (see pictures for condition) This is a vintage miniature decorative high-heeled shoe figurine made in Japan, likely produced during the post-WWII occupation period around 1945. Made of white porcelain and features a small pink floral rose decoration on the top, accented with gold trim detailing (fading away) and floral elements. Measures approximately 2.75" in length and 1.5" in height.  Comes from a smoke free home and ships within 3 days of payment. Condition: Used.
