If the item has been used it will not be accepted as a return. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unopened. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. The restocking fee is based on the merchandise total amount (shipping fee  not included). Items that are returned without a RA number are not eligible for a refund.
