All litho are intact with a little pulling up along some edges. It does not include the coffee pot, phone or sink plug. One of the yellow push rivets holding the sink top down is split on top(still works). The oven door has many rubs/marks and a little split at one of the black connectors holding it in. The faucet, coffee maker, knobs, doors, folding table and oven shelf work like they should.  Item will ship partially dissembled and in 2 boxes to keep cost down. Item will need to be many pieces to be put together, slotted in and secured with screws/push rivets. The caps for some screws and the one long push rivet will require a little effort. I will label screws/rivets. I used UPS for large items and will ship roof separate to avoid large dimensional shipping surcharge.
