Vintage Simplicity Pattern 7109  Girls Size 12, Breast 30"  Girl's Short Skirt and Pants with Detachable Bib and Vest The short skirt or pants with back zipper and waistband has top-stitched detachable bib fastened to inside of waistband with buttons and buttonholes or self-gripping fasteners. The skirt has optional contrasting top-stitched patch pockets. The lined top-stitched vest with "V" shaped neckline has optional ribbon tie ends. The bib and vest feature optional contrasting appliques. The pattern for the heart applique is included. Cut pattern pieces are D, E, F, N and P.   Uncut pattern pieces ae A, kB, C, G, H, K, L and M.   All 13 pattern pieces are present.  All instructions are present. Complete pattern. All of the patterns that I have up for sale have come from many sources. None of the patterns are brand new. The envelopes range from very poor condition to almost looking brand new.  There will be tears in the envelopes and major wear along the edges and at the corners. Top flaps may be missing or tattered and torn. The envelopes may be taped back together.   Any tape on the envelope front or back covers a sticky area. There may be writing and or markings on the envelope, pattern pieces or in the instructions.  I make sure that a used/cut pattern has all the pattern pieces.  I consider a pattern new when the pattern pieces are still in the original factory folds and all the instruction sheets and the envelope are present.   On the rare occasion, I will put a pattern up for sale that is missing a piece or two that does not compromise the making of the pattern.
