The product is a vintage 1950s large lighted musical wood stable Nativity set from Japan, featuring a rectangular shape with various characters including shepherd and sheep, donkey, Joseph, baby Jesus in the manger, wise men, cow, and Mary. This Nativity set includes 11 figures (tallest is 9") and a wood stable measuring 20 x 14 x 9 inches, with features such as a moss-covered roof, hand-painted details, and attached music box. The set is designed with religious themes and is an original piece from the 1950s, making it a unique collectible for holiday and seasonal decor. Estate find - very old Nativity Set in great condition for age - Angel has significant repairs - see all photos - one lamb has a repaired leg and some chips on hoofs. Cow has chipped horn tip, and Shepherd has chip on green base. All other figures are near perfect - they are made of paper mache or molded paper pulp with hard painted shell.
