My listings make use of the eBay Global Shipping program where available. This means that I ship the item to a shipping center which eBay designates, and THEY ship it from there. I have no control over the cost or the shipper from that point. I provide an approximate weight of the item and eBay Global Shipping will base the cost from that point. ***RETURNS. As I stated above, "FREE" shipping means that the cost of shipping is already built into the total price of the item.
