Halloween Ceramic Light Up Witch, Ghost + Small Bonus Figures is tested and working and is in GOOD condition (mint, excellent, good, fair, poor) with wear, marks and scratches. It plugs in. The three small figures appear to be made of hard plastic (I don't know for sure) and are in GOOD condition with wear, marks, paint loss and scratches. The skull appears to have a chip out of it.
