That would be the last name of the girls. It is possible their father was "Admiral C. M. Furlow, Jr" of the United States Navy (USN) as his pictures were in the same box as this one. Or these girls might be relatives of Admiral Furlow. This family lives in the vicinity of Atlanta, Georgia. Date is unknown.
