Vintage 1950s Dorset-Rex Fifth Avenue pearlescent lucite cage purse. Features a rigid basket shaped metal frame or “cage” that wraps a swirling,mother of pearl imitation vinyl body. Lid and base are pearlescent white lucite and top handle. Matching vinyl loop clasp and a metal drop down loop fastener. Feet on bottom for protection and stability. 9 1/2” x 6” x 5”.
