PLEASE NOTE - all cloth items are lint rolled before and after being photographed.  They are immediately placed in plastic bags, then immediately placed in the shipping envelope or container.      PLEASE NOTE: Most items are mailed in new boxes and wrap, however I sometimes recycle boxes or use boxes from my pantry.  I believe in recycling things.  In all my years of mailing items out, I recently had someone "offended" that his item arrived SAFE in a Stove Top Stuffing Box.  What difference does a box make?   What box I use depends on the size and structure of the boxes I have at the moment and what is being sent out.  Please understand that any recycled boxes are clean and re-usable same with bubble wrap and plastic. Many sellers like me do not have a "store" on EBAY and we are not rich...but have a small account for some needed extra money.  I sell my own stuff and also items given to me by my friends and family to help with my dog.  SO STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE......ever hear of KARMA?  IMPORTANT   PACKAGES ARE INSURED by the USPS up to $100.00.  If an item arrives damaged, the buyer needs to take photos and file a form with the USPS concerning the damaged item and make an insurance claim.  PLEASE SEE BELOW.   The USPS will most likely ask you to turn in the broken item in order to receive a refund.  As the buyer, you will have the item and packaging to take to the post office.  You can file your claim online or you can downloaded claim forms or just go pick one up from post office and let them guide you. USPS PROTOCOL   -     USPS INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE USPS WEBSITE If a USPS package arrives broken, immediately document the damage with photos, save all original packaging, and file a claim online o USPS.com within 60 days of mailing. You may be required to take the item and packaging to a local post office for inspection.   Steps to Take If Something Breaks in Transit: Save Everything: Do not throw away the box, packaging materials, or the damaged item. Document Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging immediately. File a Claim (Recipient or Sender): File a claim online at USPS.com/help/claims.htm. You will need your tracking number, proof of value (receipt or invoice), and proof of damage (photos). Check Insurance: Priority Mail includes up to $100 in insurance, while other services may vary. Inspect at Post Office: You may be asked to bring the damaged package, box, and all wrapping to your local post office for a physical inspection. I do my best to wrap breakable items to avoid any damage, however, ppl are human and items can be dropped, slammed and shipping accidents occur on wet and / icy roads where shipping vehicles crash and can even catch on fire.  I once had someone receive the book they ordered with a tire mark across the package....fortunately the packing was great and the book was not damaged. ******** If you feel you need to return something.... please don't open a dispute .  If a situation that needs my attention arises, these type of things are easy to resolve.    In case of a problem, please contact me as soon as possible instead of starting a dispute.    My selling on EBAY is to provide buyers with a better than expected experience.  I respect buyers as I purchase items on EBAY too!    Returning something isn't a dispute.    I recently had a buyer who claimed they did not receive their package.  The tracking showed the package was delivered.  If this happens to you. 1. check with other people in your house.  They may have  placed the package somewhere else in the house.  2. check with your neighbors to see if they may have received your package by mistake.  (I have had neighbors remove packages to protect them from thieves.)  So please check with your neighbors.  3.  If you or your neighbor across the street have a ring doorbell or video surveillance system check for porch pirates.  4.  Lastly, go to your local post office and file a missing package form which can also be downloaded or even submitted online.  BTW - Once a package enters the postal system I and all sellers do not control the shipping process, the shipping vehicles, the delivery, or the ability to find your missing package.  If your package shows it was delivered, please do not file an EBAY dispute.  SELLERS are not responsible for your item's transportation and delivery once it is received by the USPS or other shipping carrier.    SIDE NOTE - Through the years,I have had the very rare problem with packages being very delayed when  going through Teterboro (NJ) Regional Post Office.
