This twin bedroom set was in storage by the family for many years; thus, the mattress was removed as it was not in good condition. The furniture, however, is in very good condition. The only item to note is that there is a light mark on the top of the nightstand - looks almost like a pencil mark. This is a new, old stock set of T & E Brownawell mid-century modern (MCM) oak furniture, recently purchased directly from a family member of the Brownawells. This twin bedroom set was in storage by the family for many years; thus, the mattress was removed as it was not in good condition. The furniture, however, is in very good condition. The only item to note is that there is a light mark on the top of the nightstand - looks almost like a pencil mark. The twin bed measures approx. 6 1/2 long by 3 1/8 wide and 2 3/4 tall at the headboard. The dresser has working drawers and measure 3 inches wide by 2 1/2 tall and 1 3/8 inches deep. The nightstand also has working drawers and measures 2 1/8 inches tall by 1 3/8 inches wide and 1 3/8 inches deep. These pieces are all unsigned.
