Beautiful pair of large wall sconces Louis XVI style, dating from the second half of the 19th century. LOUIS XVI STYLE 19TH CENTURY. LARGE PAIR OF WALL SCONCES. The wall plates are decorated with foliage and acanthus leaves. LARGE PAIR OF WALL SCONCES LOUIS XVI STYLE 19TH CENTURY ~ BRONZE ~ Beautiful pair of large wall sconces Louis XVI style, dating from the second half of the 19th century. Made of bronze. Gilding in good condition; a few black stains in places. The wall plates are decorated with foliage and acanthus leaves. The light arms are decorated with openwork acanthus leaves, flowers and oak leaves. The bronze pieces are hand-chased with great finesse, a testament to their high-quality craftsmanship. Please note, see the last photos: one missing petal on a flower; a slight deformation at the bottom of one sconce; some ornaments are probably missing, but this does not detract from the overall harmony (see photos with the red circles). Electrified and tested, with new wires (for E14 bulbs). Cardboard candles, in very good condition. Careful packaging guaranteed, with double protection.
